Our Services • Fees
We bill our services only when the mission is completed, which means when you have found your apartment or house.
The usual requirements on signing the lease for furnished rentals are:
- First month's rent
- Security deposit: two months' rent (further guarantees may be asked by landlords)
- Our fee:
- one month's rent + 19.6% VAT for a lease of less than a year
- 12% of annual rent + 19.6% VAT for a lease of a year or longer
Usual conditions for signing leases for unfurnished properties are:
- First month's rent, including charges
- Security deposit: one month's rent, excluding charges
- Our fee: 14% of the yearly rent plus VAT. The fee is shared equally between landlord and tenant (7% each).
