Job Description

Located in the heart of Paris, De Circourt Associates has established itself as a leader in the furnished home rental, finding customized accommodation for clients relocating to Paris. The Housing Expert will get to know Paris from the inside out and will be responsible showcasing exciting properties and managing a variety of commercial projects.

In addition to facilitating property visits and transactions, the candidate will negotiate leases, provide customer service, and research the company’s extensive property database.

Skills & Experience Required

The Housing Expert should be an excellent communicator who enjoys working with diverse people. S/he should be a self-starter, dynamic, and have a very positive attitude. The Housing Expert will work both alone and in teams as s/he conducts business in and around Paris.

Salary

Base monthly salary 1,800 € + escalating commissions on business results.
Average salary 3,000 € +
