History

Founded in 1987 by Claire de Circourt, its actual Director, DE CIRCOURT ASSOCIATES is the very first real estate agency in Paris to have specialized in furnished housing for expatriates.
Drawing upon her fifteen year working experience in the United States, Claire wished to provide service, as known in the US, advice and presence to the international crowd of business executives, artists, university professors, diplomats and all lovers of Paris.

Purpose

Knowing that everyone is « in a hurry », De Circourt Associates has aimed to provide a new lodging, fully equipped with utilities and internet subcribtions, within 24 hours. To accomplish this challenge, DCA offers a selection of more than 5,000 furnished apartments and houses in Paris and its vicinities (Versailles, Saint-Germain en Laye, Orsay, Marne-la-Vallée, Velizy, La Défense…).  Thanks to its notoriety and a long-term relationship with Landlords who recommend us, De Circourt Associates receives close to 100 new furnished apartments each month.

Today and the future

Since De Circourt Associates’ clientele has often wished to become owner of a flat in Paris and since the owners of furnished apartments rented by us have wished to sell some of them, our company has opened a Sales Department.
This new venture has been very successfull because we know all the characteristics and idiosyncrasies of each property for many years and because these pied-à-terre cannot be found anywhere else.
